Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!
1. Get in touch with our customer service :firstname.lastname@example.org: order number.Tell us you want to return or exchange.
2. A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return.
3. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Return & Exchange should be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4.If POTATO is responsible for the issue wrong item/ size or any quality problem,we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.Otherwise that Customers are responsible for return shipping fees,and we cannot refund shipping charges.(Free shipping case we will deduct $6.99-$10.00 ).
5.All accessories and intimates are not refundable and returnable, only if there is any quality problem.
6.We can not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns.
7.Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred 48 hours. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
